I Love You To The Moon And Back

post office 1.jpg

The Post Office has a history of sending mail to hard to reach places such as to Santa at The North Pole. They also write back to children who write to the address provided by the Post Office.

It is possible to translate writing, images, music and spoken recordings into Morse code. For Christmas customers will be able to send messages to their loved ones via the moon using Morse code.

This will play upon the saying: “I love you to the moon and back

When a message is sent via the moon some information will be lost or scrambled due to the moon’s craters and uneven surface which will result in a slightly changed outcome.

This “via the moon” service will require the sender to purchase a special postage stamp which they will attach to the envelop. The message will be opened by postal workers and translated into code.  Once the message has come back to earth and been reconfigured it will be delivered to the receiver via a “moon-o-graph.”
